When I first got these rings I had a lot of trouble with the engagement ring. It cracked with in the first day. We took it somewhere to get it fixed when it cracked, they thickened the gold also. 13 days later the main diamond fell out. We contacted sonia jewels via e mail and told them I wanted to TALK to a real person. A manger called me and told me to send it back (they credited the account 20 dollars to cover shipping cost). I told them I did not want the ring replaced, just the main diamond replaced because I had the gold thickened and sized to a 10 and he said that was no problem. He sent me an email to send with the ring that said only to replace the diamond not the ring. After I sent the ring back, I received it back 5 days later! It looks great. Despite all the trouble we had with this ring I would still like it again! There customer service is AMAZING! When something goes wrong with one of their products they are there to help!! STRONGLY recommend this product! Its VERY PRETTY and FANTASTIC. Customer service to boot!!

I was really worried about ordering the ring my girlfriend will hopefully wear for the rest of her life, but I have to say that this ring is exactly as it is described online. The only thing I saw wrong with it was i thought by the picture the middle diamond was a little bigger but that is not a big problem. I still highly recommend this ring to anyone looking for a beautiful ring on a limited budget.

Update: my ring BROKE :(First I wanna say that the ring started turning yellow. I rarely use it so it was a surprise to me that it would start turning yellow this early! I NEVER used it while cleaning or showering! I did my best to take very good care of it, being my first and only ring! Well a few weeks ago I noticed that the top part of the ring was broken off! The whole top part is gone!! I can not believe that I spent as much as I did for this ring and it didn't even last me two years! I feel so disappointed! First it was shipped with a missing diamond which was replaced. But you could still tell which diamond it was that was replaced because of its small size compared to the others around it. Sonia Jewels gave me some money back because I was disappointed. Then the ring started turning yellow, I didn't care much. I thought I could have it plated with rhodium again. But now the top part of the ring is broken! It looks horrible! I will never buy from Sonia Jewels again! :( I posted pictures of the ring.
